A lot of girls will go for having a tint at least once per month every 4 weeks but this can vary due to other factors such as slow growing hair or product that doesn’t fade easily, if so you are looking at every 5 to 6 weeks to rebook in or have your appointments arrange din advance at the correct timing.

At my beauty realm studio I keep my appointment book updated and can book you in for appointments that are not until 2 or 3 months later maximum, we can also do a consultation at my studio which will let you know how often you need a treatment.

* Please not all clients by law need a patch test with eyebrow tint before I can begin treatment!

The desire colour intensity

Ok so if you like a really dark brow such as jet black or dark brown and like your brows to be well defined then you would be looking at every 4 weeks or even 3 weeks to keep the look bold. Some others actually like it when the colour fades a little so that can extend the time between tints to at least 5 weeks.

Experimenting with shades

Finding the exact tint colour that suits your features can take a little time especially if your newbie to eyebrow tints, usually people will go with their hair colour as a guide such as if you have blonde hair it wouldn’t be wise to get jet black tint etc. Its about finding the shade you are happy about and what makes you feel confident. Maybe for example your a blonde dying your hair to be black you would be looking to have a darker tint on the brows especially your brows are lighter.

What happens during a tinting appointment and how long does it take

The appointment will take 20 minuets max, you will lay down on a nice comfy chair and you can relax even listen to some music. First off we would pick out your desired tint shade, I use tatti brand in my studio. Then I will mix up your tint and apply to your eyebrows, you can sit for a few minuets as the tint works its magic. I will monitor the dye the full time and then clean your brows and surrounding skin with wipes and get you all cleaned up. Then we can discuss or book any further appointments in my diary for the future !

Combined LASH/BROW TINT

A lot of girls like to have a combined lash/brow tint appointment at the same time, the lash tint would be applied first before I move onto your brows again its the same process of having the client on the chair with your eyes closed. You will be happy with lovely dark eyelashes and defined brows in under 20 minuets!

This product is super cute, very pink and girly and that’s why it caught my eye. My skin is dry and needs a lot of hydration, I use rose water and creams containing hyaluronic acid but only apply them twice per week as my skin can get aggravated. This hydrating face mist contains vitamin E and hyaluronic acid both of which ae great for my skin.

You can apply this before ( use as a primer) or after makeup is done. If using before makeup I recommend leaving it for a good 5 minuets before makeup application as after a few minuets is when I felt my face being soft and hydrated also a bit of a glow was visible. Over all I like this product, it performs what it claims to do and the packaging is really girly and cute, easy to use and spray onto the face.

Downside to this product is that its a little big ( 200ml) for travelling around with as i would love to take this with me on the go so a travel size one would be handy.
