How to use hair rings | Easy hairstyles for hair rings and tips and tricks on styling with hair rings 😄

Hair rings are charms attached to a jump ring which you can attach to your hairstyles in creative ways, you can get all sorts of beautiful hair rings such as shells, stars & mermaid themed hair rings.

How to use hair rings

An opened jump ring… easy !!

Most hair rings have a small metal loop which you can pull apart. There will be a break in this loop that you can pull, this will open the jumping for you to attach to your hair. Simply close it back over by pulling it back into place.

The under side simple plait

This is super fast and easy, you do this on straight hair or curly. Simply grab a medium amount of hair from a low point on your nape and create a simple braid secure with a small elastic. Choose your style of jump rings and add them from top to bottom of the simple braid. In the picture above i done a very thin braid but of course you can make it thicker.

Recently I have been planning on giving up so much sugar in my diet and doing some research on YouTube and reading books. Negative effects of too much sugar

Sugar triggers the release of chemicals ( opioids and dopamine ) that activate the brain’s reward centre. It doesn’t take long to build up a tolerance, meaning you need larger doses of sugar. This is basically an addiction in my eyes.

Cavities and tooth decay – The most obvious and talked about negative effect on your body. Your teeth are important.

Skin ageing and wrinkles, sugar can make your skin age faster.

Creates inflammation in your body leading to a plethora of diseases.

So how much sugar is safe too consume ?

Current recommendations are at 9 tablespoons a day for men and about 6 tablespoons a day for woman, ideally you should have sugar in moderation. Too much sugar IS linked to many diseases.
