Removing hair from your underarms

Underarm hair is natural. It helps sweat and bacteria stay away from skin and serves a purpose. The most common way to remove underarm hair is through shaving! It only removes hair at skin level so will grow back pretty fast.

Waxing – removes hair from the root so you will not see it all grow back so fast! It can be painful but so worth the results. Its advised to grow in your underarm hair a little before your waxing session for the best results.

Laser hair removal – The pros of laser hair removal treatment are that’s its fantastic for people who have excessive hair growth, it can be very precise as the laser targets a direct area. Significant reduction in areas that have had laser treatment. Appointments can take between 30 mins to an hour and are fast for the client. The cons are that laser hair removal is not permanent ! The hair does grow back although thinner and less darker, side effects can happen such as skin discoloration and scars. Multiple session are required and also the price is way higher for this type of treatment.

Electrolysis

Depilatory creams – The pros of using a hair removal cream are its speed and effectiveness. the creams are very easy to apply to the area with a spatula The cons are that these creams are full of chemicals. When misused, they can burn and irritate sensitive skin. I wouldn’t recommend hair removal creams to people with sensitive skin.
