Incorporating oil pulling into your self care routine can be beneficial for you, you simply need some organic coconut oil from a jar. Oil pulling is an ancient ayurvedic practice to pull toxins from the body via the mouth. There are a few different ways to do this and also they’re are products out there such as coconut and mint pulling oil, I use simply just use raw virgin coconut oil from a jar.
How to oil pull with coconut oil
- Put 1 tablespoon coconut oil in your mouth
- Swish and pull the oil around your mouth for at least 15 to 20 minuets
- Don’t swallow the oil, spit it out!
- Rinse out your mouth and then brush and floss as per usual
